Returns & Exchanges
At Bee and Puppycat, we want you to love your intergalactic wardrobe, but if your gear isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track your return as it makes its way back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
